The intense color of this 100% Syrah is a striking crimson hue that is a prelude to this expressive wine. The nose exhibits ripe red berries including currant and raspberry, before revealing a wonderfully complex palate. Harmonizing with the fruit-forward aromatics is a soft earthiness displaying leather, tobacco, and pepper that incorporate midway. Enhancing the smooth finish are rich tannins, which only continue to develop resulting in a beautifully balanced wine.
